Active Participation: You agree to stay engaged throughout the duration of your mentorship match, including responding to communications in a timely manner and participating in scheduled meetings or activities to the best of your ability.

Professional Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional manner at all times. NACM reserves the right to remove participants from the program if behavior is deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or harmful to the mentoring experience.

No Liability: NACM facilitates introductions between mentors and mentees but does not oversee or control individual interactions. By joining the Mentor Match Program, you acknowledge that all engagements are voluntary and at your own discretion. NACM is not responsible or liable for the actions, advice, opinions, or outcomes resulting from any mentor-mentee interaction.

No Guarantees: NACM does not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, certification success, or personal results from participation in the mentorship program.
